NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Adham Mehy has applied for a PREMISES LICENCE for: Leece Newsagents, 11 Leece Street, Liverpool L1 2TR. For the following licensable activities: Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises 0600 hours to 24;00 hours Sunday to Thursday 06:00 hours to 01:00 hours next day Friday and Saturday.

You can view a record of the application and make a representation on it at liverpool.gov.uk/licensingrepresentations, alternatively ring 233 3015 to request a call-back for an appointment to view the application. 

Representation can also be made by post to – Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH. 

Representations must be received no later than the 21st November 2023 

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
