TAKE NOTICE THAT White Isle Emporium LTD has applied to Knowsley Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence in respect of Dos Urbano, 56 Derby Road, Huyton, L36 9UL.
The proposed licensable activities are : The supply of Alcohol for consumption on and off the premises Monday to Sunday 09.00hrs to 00.30hrs, the provision of late night refreshment Monday to Sunday from 23.00hrs to 00.30hrs and the playing of live and recorded music Monday to Sunday 12:00hrs to 00:30hrs.
A record of the application can be inspected by members of the public between the hours of 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday at the office of the Licensing Authority of Knowsley MBC which is located at;

A Responsible Authority or any other person(s) wishing to make representations on this application must do so in writing to Knowsley Licensing Authority at the above mentioned address. Any written representations must be received by the Licensing Authority no later than 22nd November 2023
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
