NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 24th October 2023 Euro Garages Limited applied to Wiltshire Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Express PFS Longford, Salisbury Road, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP5 3HZ.

The proposed licensable activities are; -

1. The sale of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00.00 to 24.00.

2. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 23.00 and 05.00. Any representations regarding this application must be received in writing by: - The Licensing Authority, Wiltshire Council, Public Protection, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge BA14 8JN no later than 21st November 2023 stating the grounds for representations.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
