NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE.
Notice is hereby given that Farkhod Najmetdinov, has applied to the Licensing Authority of Tower Hamlets Council for a Premises licence for the following licensable activities:
Supply of alcohol ON the premises: Monday to Saturday between 11:00-2145 and Sundays between 11:00 and 20:45
and with an Opening & Closing time: Monday to Saturday between 11:00-23:00 and Sundays between 11:00-21:00
for the premises known as Motherdough Pizza, 3 Gauging Square, London, E1W 2AE.
Other persons or responsible authorities wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team, Environmental Health & Trading Standards, Tower Hamlets Town Hall, 160 Whitechapel Road, London, El 1BJ. No later than: 21/11/2023.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale [£5000], under section 158 of the licensing act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
