APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
We, Wennington Hall Limited, HEREBY GIVE
NOTICE that an application for a Premises Licence has been submitted to Lancaster City Council in relation to premises known as Wennington Hall and situate at Lodge Lane, Lancaster, LA2 8NS, a brief description of the activities being sought by the application being as follows: the sale of alcohol from 00:00 to 23:59 each day (10:00 to 02:00 for non-residents); regulated entertainment from 10:00 to 02:00 each day; and, the provision of late night refreshment from 23:00 to 02:00 each day.
Any interested party or responsible authority may
make representations in connection with the
application. Any such representations must be
made in writing and be made no later than 27th
November 2023 to the relevant Licensing Authority,
the postal address and, where appropriate, the
world wide web address (where the register of the
authority is kept and where the record of the
application may be inspected) being as follows:
Licensing Section, Lancaster City Council,
Morecambe Town Hall, Marine Road East,
Morecambe, Lancashire, LA4 5AF (www.lancaster.
gov.uk). Note: it is an offence to knowingly or
recklessly make a false statement in connection
with an application. A person guilty of such an
offence is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction.
