NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17
Notice is hereby given that on the 26th October 2023 Euro Garages Limited applied to Swindon Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Express PFS Dorcan Way, Dorcan Way, Stratton St Margaret, Swindon, Wiltshire SN3 3RA. The proposed licensable activities are;- The sale by retail of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 06.00 to 24.00.
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Licensing Authority, Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler West Floor 5, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN2 1JH or by email to licensing@swindon.gov.uk no later than the 23rd November 2023 stating the grounds for representations.
The register of Swindon Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above address between the hours of 09.00 hours and 16.30 hours Monday to Friday - www.swindon.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
