Notice of Application for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003

Notice of application for a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003. Application is made by Zen Sushiya Ltd, 457-459 Princess Road, Manchester, M20 1BH for supply of alcohol in restaurant premises. Monday to Sunday noon to 11pm. Representations shall be made in writing to Manchester City Council, Premises Licensing, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, Manchester, PO Box 532, M60 2LA, or by e-mail to: premises.

licensing@manchester.gov.uk on or before: 28/11/2023
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
