NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 26th October 2023, T.J Morris Limited applied to Liverpool City Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Home Bargains, County Road, Walton L4 3QW. The proposed licensable activities are;- 1. The supply of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 06.00 to 24.00. 

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool L3 1AH no later than the 23rd November 2023 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Liverpool City Council and the record of the application may be inspected online at www.liverpool.gov.uk/ licensingrepresentations or alternatively ring 0151 233 3015 to request a call-back for an appointment to view the application. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. 

The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
