APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Sunset Fish Bar Margate Ltd to Thanet District Council in respect of premises known as Sunset Fish Bar, 31 Marine Terrace, Margate CT9 1XJ.
The brief details of the application is for the supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises 7 days a week from
0900 to 2300 hrs on Sun to Thu and from 0900 to 0100 Fri and Sat.
A record of the application may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Team, Thanet District Council, Cecil Street, Margate, Kent CT9 1XZ, during normal office hours.
Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Thanet District Council at the above address by midnight 24/11/23.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (unlimited) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
