NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT AFURI UK LTD has applied to London Borough of Camden on 18 October 2023 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Afuri 22-24 Torrington Place Saint Giles London WC1E 7HJ for the provision of late night refreshment Monday to Thursday 23:00 to 23:30 and Friday to Saturday 23:00 to 00:00 and the sale by retail of alcohol (on and off sales) Monday to Thursday 09:00 to 23:30, Friday to Saturday 09:00 to 00:00 and Sundays 09:00 to 22:30 along with non-standard timing for New Years Eve, as more particularly set out in the application.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: London Borough of Camden Licensing Authority (Contact Camden) 5 Pancras Square C/o Town Hall Judd Street London WC1H 9JE to be received by no later than 15 November 2023 stating the grounds for making said representation.

The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.camden.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
