NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT St Paul’s Hotel Operator Ltd has applied to The City of London on 23rd October 2023 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Club Quarters Hotel St Paul’s, 24 Ludgate Hill London EC4M 7DR for the provision of regulated entertainment, late night refreshment and the sale by retail of alcohol between the hours of 08:00 – 03:00 Monday to Sunday, plus nonstandard hours; as more particularly set out in the application and plan attached thereto.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: City of London Licensing Team, PO Box 270 Guildhall, London EC2P 2EJ to be received by no later than 20th November 2023 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.cityoflondon.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
