Notice is hereby given that Grishma Rushabha Patel has applied to the Licensing Authority of: London Borough of Waltham Forest for a Premises licence in respect of the premises known as: The Sunrise Shop Ltd at 156 High Road Leyton, London, E15 2BX for the licensable activities: the sale by retail of alcohol Off the premises from 08:00 to 2310 Monday to Saturday and from 08:00 to 19:00 on Sunday. A register of licensing applications is available at the address below Representations can be emailed to: licensing@walthamforest.gov.uk or posted tec London Borough of Waltham Forest, Waltham Forest licensing Section, Town Hall Fellowship Square, Forest Road, Walthamstow, London E17 4JF by 16/11/2023. The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of al representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Authorities Sub Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one or more of the fur Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make false statement in connection with an application, Persons will be liable, upon summary conviction, to an unlimited fine.
