What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that
Slow Beam Ltd: Of 11 Catherine Way, Broadstairs CT10 1BW;
has applied to Canterbury City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of operating during business hours 08:00-16:30 Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays) to sell/supply alcohol off the premises.
There are approximately 20 staff members on site working during the aforementioned hours.
The premises is not open to the public.
For the premises: Unit B. Situated at: Highland Court Farm, Coldharbour Lane, Bridge, Canterbury CT4 5HL.
A register of licensing applications can be inspected at https://opendata.canterbury.gov.uk/pages/d02aec52e36a4c4c83be1f1a28815df4 or at Council Offices, Military Road, Canterbury, Kent CT1 1YW tel. 01227 862000 by appointment with the Licensing Team between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
Any person wishing to submit representations to our application must give notice in writing to the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 05/12/2023.
The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Panel and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. In the case of an application for a provisional statement, please note that representations will be restricted once a statement has been issued.
