NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given tret Marceline (Canary Wharf) Limited has applied to London Borough of Tower Hamlets Licensing Authority to vary a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 Premises Unit K2 (Eastern Pavilion), 5 Water Street, London, El4 5GX

The proposed variation is:

to extend licensable activities and opening hours as set out in the application following a recently granted planning permission PA/23/01061.

It seeks Films, indoor sporting events, live and recorded music, anything of a similar description and sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 02:00 and Sunday 08:00 to 23:00 and late night refreshment Monday to Saturday 23:00 to 02:00. Opening hours Monday to

Saturday 08:00 to 02:30 and Sunday 08:00 to 23:30 on such conditions and other times as set out in the application.

The Application Record and Register may be viewed between l0am and 4pm Monday to Friday during normal office hours at the above address.

It is an offence under Section l58 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale(£Unlimited)
