NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Diamond Sports Society Ltd has applied to London Borough of Barnet on 18 October 2023 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at The 108 - Brent Terrace, Brent Cross, London, NW2 1LT for the provision of regulated entertainment (Live & Recorded Music; Indoor Sporting Events; Exhibition of Films) and the sale by retail of alcohol, Monday to Saturday 09:00-23:00 and Sunday 09:00-22:30; as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Barnet Council Licensing Team, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, Barnet, NW9 4EW or by email to: licensingadmin@barnetgov.uk to be received by no later than 15 November 2023 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council's website www.barnet.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council's offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
