LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Ekrem Asian has applied to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Redbridge for a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: Grand Istanbul Market and Istanbul Patisserie at 12-14 Electric Parade, London E18 2LY for the licensable activities: the sale by retail of alcohol off the premises from 08:00 to 23:00 Monday to Saturday and from 10:00 to 22:30 on Sunday. A register of earning application! is available at the address below: Representations can be emailed to: Iicensingauthority@redbridge.gov.uk or posted to London Borough of Redbridge, Licensing Service, 10th Floor, Lynton House, 255-259 High Road, Ilford Essex, IG1 1NN by 10/11/2023. The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of al representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Authorities Sub Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one or more of the four licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make false statement in connection with an application. Persons will be liable, upon summary conviction, to an unlimited fine.
