LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 17th October 2023, Euro Garages Limited applied to Wyre Forest District Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Express PFS Stourport, Vale Road, Stourport on Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8YJ. The proposed licensable activities are: 1. The sale by retail of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00.00 to 24.00. 2. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 23.00 and 05.00.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by Licensing Section, Worcestershire Regulatory Services, Wyre Forest House, Finepoint Way, Kidderminster DY11 7WF or by email to wrsenquiries@worcsregservices.gov.uk no later than the 14th November 2023 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Wyre Forest District Council and the record of the application may be inspected by appointment with the Licensing Office on 01905 822799. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
