Notice is hereby given that: Icons International Ltd have applied to Bury Council for a Premises Licence for: 511, Bury New Road, Prestwich, Manchester, M25 3AJ to allow the sale / supply of alcohol between the following hours: Monday - 11:00 - 23:30, Tuesday - 11:00 - 23:30, Wednesday - 11:00 - 23:30, Thursday - 11:00 -23:30, Friday - 11:00 - 01:00, Saturday - 11:00-01:00, Sunday - 11:00 - 22:30, Christmas Eve -11:00 - 23:30, Christmas Day - 11:00 - 18:30, New years Eve - 11:00 - 2:30, New years Day - 11:00 - 22:30 *and to allow the holding of Regulated Entertainment to include: - *Performance of a play, *Performances of dance, *Provision of live music, *Provision of recorded music, *Showing of a film, *Other forms of live & recorded music & dance, *Late night refreshment: Monday - 11:00-00:00, Tuesday - 11:00-00:00, Wednesday - 11:00-00:00, Thursday - 11:00-00:00, Friday - 11:00-01:30, Saturday - 11:00-01:30, Sunday - 11:00 - 23:00, Christmas Eve - 11:00 - 01:00, Christmas Day - 11:00-19:00, New Years Eve - 11:00 - 03:00, New Years Day - 11:00 - 23:00.
Any persons having observations on this application should submit them in writing no later than: Monday13th November 2023 to: The Licensing Unit Manager, Level 2, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, BL9 0EJ or by email to: licensing@bury.gov.uk. The full application may be viewed at the above offices between 10am - 4pm Mon - Fri or by going to the councils licensing register at https://licensing.bury.gov.uk/PAforLalpacLIVE/1/WcaHome. IT IS AN OFFENCE, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence.
