Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application to Wigan Council
An application for a Variation to a Premises Licence has been made by Kai Binder for the premises known as / situated at Georgia Browns, 79-81 Market Street, Hindley, Wigan WN2 3AE. The application seeks to include the beer garden in the licenced premises plan. Allow the playing of amplified music in the beer garden every Saturday between 16:00 and 20:00 hours and every Sunday preceding a bank holiday between 16:00-20:00 hours. Remove & replace a number of conditions under the operating schedule - prevention of public nuisance. Details of conditions can be viewed by contacting to licensing@wigan.gov.uk. The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, Wigan, WN1 1NJ between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive. Brief details can also be obtained from the Council's website www.wigan.gov.uk. Any person or responsible authority may make representations about the application no later than 15/11/2023. All representations must be made in writing by the above date. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Section, PO Box 100, Wigan, WN1 3DS or can be emailed to licensing@wigan.gov.uk. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
