NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application was made to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council for a new premises licence under the above Act on 17th October 2023 Applicant(s) Indigo Bakes Ltd.

Address of Premises, The Courtyard at The Lychpit Centre Great Binfields Road, Lychpit, Basingstoke Hampshire, RG24 8TF.

Proposed licensable activities: Sale of alcohol by Retail Monday to Sunday 12:00 to 22:00.

On and Off the premises.

Anything Similar to Music or Dance Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 22:00.

Opening Hours of Premise Monday to Sunday 07:00 to 22:00.

Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the precise nature of such representations to the Head of Environmental Services, Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG21 4AH within 28 days of the publication date of this notice given above. (14.11.2023).
