Notice Of Application For Variation Of A Premises Licence

Notice is given that we, Nene Park Trust, have on the 19th October 2023 applied to Peterborough City Council as the Licensing Authority to vary the licence of Ferry Meadows, Ham Lane, Peterborough, PE2 5UU to include the retail sale of alcohol - Monday to Sunday from 1100 – 2200.
Anyone wishing to make representations concerning this application should do so in writing to: Peterborough City Council, Licensing Section, Sand Martin House, Bittern Way, Fletton Quays, Peterborough, PE2 8TY. Representations in respect of this application must reach the Licensing Authority by 16th November 2023.
Persons wishing to inspect the register or the record of this application may do so by attending the office of the Licensing Section, during office hours, Monday to Friday inclusive. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which on summary conviction is £5000.
