We: Su & Shi Limited do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Harborough District Council for a new premises licence at: Unit 1, Edinburgh House, Abbey Street, LE16 9AA and known as Edinburgh House.
The application is to: Apply to authorise the following licensable activities: The supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises: Monday to Sunday: 10:00 to 23:00.
The provision of recorded music: Monday to Sunday: 06:00 to 23:00.
Premises opening hours: Monday to Sunday: 06:00 to 23:00.
During office hours arrangements may be made for the register to be viewed at the Customer Service Department, Harborough District Council, Adam and Eve Street, Market Harborough, LE16 7AG. Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Authority by 10th November 2023. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction for this offence is £5,000.
