Notice Of Application For A Premises Licence

Notice is given that we, The Bite Stop Events and Hospitality Ltd, have on the 11th October 2023 applied to Peterborough City Council as the Licensing Authority for a premises licence for Freedom Events, Land adjacent to Car Park 5 Lynch Wood Business Park, Peterborough, PE2 6FY. Licensable Activities applied for : ‘On’ Sales of Alcohol – Monday to Sunday – 11am to 1am. Plays, Films, Boxing & Wrestling, Live & Recorded Music, Dancing – 11am – 1am. Late Night Refreshment – 11pm to 1am.
Anyone wishing to make representations concerning this application should do so in writing to: Peterborough City Council, Licensing Section, Sand Martin House, Bittern Way, Fletton Quays, Peterborough, PE2 8TY. Representations in respect of this application must reach the Licensing Authority by 8th November 2023. Persons wishing to inspect the register, or the record of this application may do so by contacting the office of the Licensing Section, during office hours, Monday to Friday inclusive. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which on summary conviction is £5000.
