What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that Greene King
Brewing and Retailing Limited has applied in
respect of the Inn for A Penny, 146 Burton
Road, Carlton, Nottingham, NG4 3GP for a
variation to the premises licence under the
Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: To vary the
layout of the premises in accordance with
the submitted plan (drawing number L02).
The changes are as follows: Increase of the
licensed area on the ground floor to include
the patio and covered pergola areas in the
external area to the rear of the premises.
Licensing of the ‘Function Room’ area on the
first floor of the premises. Amend the
conditions on the premises licence. Please
refer to the application for a full list of the
amended operating conditions.
Representations to this application must be
made in writing, by the end of 20 November
2023, to the Licensing Section at Public
Protection Service, Gedling Borough
Council, Civic Centre, Arnold, Nottingham,
NG5 6LU where the register of licensing
applications can be inspected during office
hours and/or by contacting
licensing@gedling.gov.uk
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make
a false statement in connection with this
application. Persons will be liable on summary
conviction to an unlimited fine.
