We, Kernow Dine & Deli give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Kernow Dine & Deli, 22 Killigrew Street, Falmouth, Cornwall. TR11 3PN.
The application is to: Serve alcohol on and off the premises (on and off-sales) at Kernow Dine & Deli between the hours of 10:00-22:30 Monday to Sunday.
On New Year's Eve serve alcohol on and off the premises (on and off-sales) at Kernow Dine & Deli between the hours of 10:00-00:30.
On New Year's Eve play recorded music at Kernow Dine & Deli between the hours of 23:00-01:00.
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, PO Box 676, Threemilestone, Truro TR1 9EQ or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 15th November 2023.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
