Notice of Application for Grant of a Premises Licence

We Red Dragon 2023 Limited hereby give notice that an application was made to City of Cardiff Council on the 18/10/2023 for the Grant of a new Premises Licence to operate a premises at: Everytime, Unit 8 Hemingway Road, Cardiff Bay, Cardiff, CF10 4JY from which the following licensable activities are proposed. Sale of Alcohol by Retail between 10:00 and 00:30 Monday to Sunday and Late Night Refreshment between 23:00 and 00:30 Monday to Sunday.

The full application may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the council at Licensing Department, Cardiff Council Licensing, Room 206 City Hall Cardiff CF10 3ND or online at www.cardiff.gov.uk.

Any interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Licensing Section within 28 Consecutive Days of the day of application was made as detailed above. The last day for representations being the 15/11/2023.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine. 18/10/2023
