NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Premises: Tesco Express, Vacant Land, Ground Floor, Unit 2.1, 311 Ordsall Lane, Salford, M5 3HP. Notice is given that Tesco Stores Limited has applied to The City of Salford for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. 

The Licensable activities are:
• The provision of late-night refreshment (indoors) on the following days: Monday- Sunday, 23:00-00:00.
• The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises on the following days: Monday-Sunday 06:00-00:00

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Principal Licensing Officer, Salford City Council, Regulatory Services, Place, Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Salford M27 5AW or via email to: licensing@salford.gov.uk.

Representations must be received no later than 14/11/2023. The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in connection with this application. Those who make such a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
