Summary of the proposed licensable activities and the proposed hours of opening: Sale of alcohol, provision of Late Night Refreshment and Regulated Entertainment (playing of recorded and live music) from 10.00 to 04.00 Monday to Sunday. Any person wishing to make representation about the application should make them in writing on or before the: 14th November 2023 to Licensing Partnership, PO Box 182, Sevenoaks, Kent TN13 1GP, licensing@sevenoaks.gov.uk. http://pa.sevenoaks.gov.uk/online-licensing. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale (currently unlimited).
