What is proposed?

APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE
LICENSING ACT 2003

NOTICE is hereby given that I, Opeyemi Opaleye have applied on the 22nd of October, 2023 to Cheshire East Council in respect of the premises known as Oden Lounge, 12-14, High Street, Crewe, CW2 7BN for a variation of Premises Licence to trade from only number 12 and provide the following licensable activities within the approved times of 9:00-1:00

Live Music
Recorded Music
Film Exhibition
Sale and Supply of alcohol beverages and food

Representations shall be made in writing to the below address on or before the following date: 19th November 2023.

The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section of Cheshire East Council by prior appointment during normal office hours.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, unlimited.
