What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 - Application for a Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that Edmond Paja, of 161a High Street, Ramsgate, Kent has applied to Canterbury City Council for the GRANT of a Premises License that will permit:
•The sale of Alcohol between 0700 and 0001 on any day
•The provision of facilities for dancing between 0700 and 0001 on any day
•Provision for the performance of dance between 0700 and 0001 on any day
•The performance of music between 0700 and 0001 on any dayfor the premises:

A register of licensing applications can be inspected at https://www.canterbury.gov.uk/info/20059/business_registration_licences/236/view_the_licensing_register/1 or at Council Offices, Military Road, Canterbury, Kent CT1 1YW tel. 01227 862000 by appointment with the Licensing Team between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
Any person wishing to submit representations to my/our application must give notice in writing to the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 27/11/2023
The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Panel and will therefore pass into the public domain.
Representations must relate to one of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. In the case of an application for a provisional statement, please note that representations will be restricted once a statement has been issued.
Notes: (a) full name of applicant; (b) applicant’s address; (c) full details of application, including type of licence, hours sought, proposed entertainment and estimated accommodation limit. If variation of a licence is sought give details of the current licence and proposed variation; (d) name of premises; (e) address of premises; (f) the last date for representations should be written in the format dd/mm/yyyy and calculated as 28 days from the date on which the notice is displayed.
