Huddlesford Lane, Huddlesford, Lichfield - Premises Licence

NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34 Notice is hereby given that on the 17th October 2023, Matthew O’Gara applied to Lichfield District Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Plough Inn, Huddlesford Lane, Huddlesford, Lichfield WS13 8PY. 

The proposed variation is to permit alterations and to amend the plan that attaches to the premises licence in accordance with the plan deposited with the Licensing Authority further to renovations/ refurbishment at the premises which will increase the licensable area at the premises. 

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Lichfield District Council, District Council House, Frog Lane, Lichfield WS13 6YU, Tel 01543 308000, Email licensing@lichfielddc.gov.uk no later than 14th November 2023 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Lichfield District Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above Council address by prior arrangement. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
