What is proposed?
Notice of application for New Premises Licence under Section 17 of The Licensing Act 2003
Applicant: Live Nation (Music) UK Ltd. Premises: Victoria Park Event Site, London Road, Leicester LE1 7RY. The application is to authorise the licensable activities stated below for a single one day event to take place at the above premises on the 6th July 2024.
The licensable activities are: the sale of alcohol and regulated entertainment in the form of films; live music; recorded music and dance performance, all from 10.00 to 22.30. Full details can be inspected on the application. The licensing register can be inspected at www.leicester.gov.uk/licensing or by visiting the address noted below during normal business hours.
Any representations by a responsible authority or any person regarding this application must be made in writing to: The Licensing Team, Leicester City Council, York House, 91 Granby Street, Leicester LE1 6FB or sent by email to: licensing@leicester.gov.uk.
Any representations must be received no later than 14 November 2023 and must clearly state the grounds upon which representation is made relevant to the Licensing Act.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is an unlimited amount.
