What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Rosa’s London Limited has applied to Bristol City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Rosa’s Thai, Unit 6 Alliance House, Baldwin Street, Bristol, BS1 1SA. 

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Sale of alcohol (on and off the premises) from 10:00 hours until midnight, Monday to Saturday and from 10:00 hours until 23:30 hours on Sunday; Late night refreshment (indoor and outdoor) from 23:00 hours until midnight, Monday to Saturday and from 23:00 hours until 23:30 hours on Sunday; Opening hours from 08:00 hours until 00:30 hours, Monday to Saturday and from 10:00 hours until midnight on Sunday; Additional non-standard timings as detailed in the application. 

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team (100 TS), PO BOX 3399, Bristol, BS1 9NE or via email to licensing@bristol.gov.uk no later than 15 November 2023 stating the grounds for representation. 

The register of Bristol City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.bristol.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
