NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT McDonald’s Restaurants Limited has applied to Knowsley Council on 18th October 2023 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at McDonald’s Restaurants, Coopers Lane, Knowsley Industrial Park, Kirkby, Knowsley, L33 7UA for the provision of late night refreshment for the sale of hot food and drink from 23:00 until 05:00 Mondays to Sundays.

A record of the Application can be inspected by members of the public between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday at the office of the Licensing Authority of Knowsley MBC which is located at:- Knowsley MBC Licensing Service, 2nd Floor, Yorkon Building, Archway Road, Knowsley, Merseyside, L36 9FB. www.knowsley.gov.uk.

Any interested party or responsible authority wishing to make representations on this application must do so in writing to Knowsley Licensing Authority at the above mentioned address. 

Any written representations must be received by the LicensingAuthority no later than 15th November 2023.

Note: It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
