What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Mr T Thurairajasingam has applied to Cheshire West and Chester Council for a premises licence at the site of The Rigger Pub, Ince Lane, Elton, CH2 4LU for alcohol sales (consumption off the premises) 0600-2300 hrs daily, to 0000 hours on named days.

The application can be viewed Mon-Fri 9am - 4pm, for further information please email licensing@cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk. Any person wishing to make written representations about this application must write to the Licensing Team (address above) by 6/11/2023.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
