LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 17th October 2023, Euro Garages Limited applied to Stoke on Trent City Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Express PFS Euro Blurton, Blurton Road, Stoke on Trent ST3 2AQ. The proposed licensable activities are: 1. The sale by retail of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00.00 to 24.00. 2. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 23.00 and 05.00. 

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by Public Health, Public Protection Division, Licensing Authority, Hanley Town Hall, Albion Street, Hanley, Stoke on Trent ST1 1QL no later than the 14th November 2023 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Stoke on Trent City Council and the record of the application may be inspected by appointment on Tel 01782 232 774 or by email hcp.licensing@ stoke.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
