What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that application has been made by Chapeau Trading Ltd to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council for A NEW PREMISES LICENCE in respect of Chapeau, 22 Market Street, Penistone, Sheffield S36 6BZ on the following terms: The provision of Regulated Entertainment Indoors and outdoors, Live Music 7 days a week from 12:00 until 24:00, Recorded Music 7 days a week from 09:00 until 24:00, Late Night Refreshment Indoors 7 days a week from 23:00 until 24:00. The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises, 7 days a week from 09:00 until 24:00. Premises to remain open to the public, 7 days a week from 09:00 until 00:30 (the following morning). The premises will remain open to the public for licensable activities for an extra hour on the day British Summertime commences, and from the end of permitted timings on New Years’ Eve until the start of permitted hours on New Years’ Day.
