What is proposed?

OFFICIAL NOTICE - LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

I/We AAYL LTD, have applied to NEWHAM COUNCIL to Vary the premises licence for: AAYL LTD, 2-4 HIGH STREET NORTH, EAST HAM, E6 2HJ

So that the following licensable activities may be provided on the following days and hours: CHANGES TO "THE TIMES THE LICENCE AUTHORISES THE CARRYING OUT OF LICENSABLE ACTIVITIES"

EXTEND THE SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL SUNDAY TO THURSDAY - 08:00 TO 00:00 AND FRIDAY TO SATURDAY 08:00 TO 01:00

CHANGES TO ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS TO BE UPDATED:

-BEERS, LAGERS, STOUT, CIDERS AND ALCOPOPS SHALL BE SOLD IN PACKS OF NO LESS THAN TWO,

-NO SPIRITS SHALL BE SOLD IN BOTTLES OF LESS THAN 20 CL(CENTI LITRES)

-CHANGE WORDING ON CONDITIONS 16 AND 17.

Newham Council's Licensing Register is kept at the office of the Licensing Team, East Ham Town Hall, Barking Road, London E6 2RP. (open from 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday), 020 3373 1925, where details of the application may be inspected. Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address, by no later than the 31/10/23. Individuals, businesses and other bodies may make representations in relation to the application. Representations must be relevant and can only be on the licensing objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. Persons making representations will have to appear at the Councils' Licensing Sub-Committee. Note: It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to £5,000 for a person to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
