NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, I Stephen Leinster
applied on 18th October 2023 to Chesterfield Borough
Council in respect of the premises known as OMG Adult
World – 26 Knifesmithgate, Chesterfield. S40 1RF for a
licence to use the premises as a 'Sex Establishment Shop'.
Any person wishing to oppose the application should write
to Licensing, Chesterfield Borough Council, Customer
Service Centre, 85 New Square, Chesterfield, S40 1AH, no
later than 15th November 2023. Letters in support should
also be sent to the Licensing, Chesterfield Borough
Council, Customer Service Centre, 85 New Square,
Chesterfield, S40 1AH. Please note that any written
representations received in response to this Consultation is
likely to be required to be made available for public
inspection in accordance with the Local Government
(Access to Information) Act 1985.
