Notice is hereby given that I, Mr Huseyin Dogus have made an application under Section 17 Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for a new Premises Licence for the Premises known as The Fir Tree Restaurant, Tenpenny Hill, Thorrington, Colchester CO7 8JG.
I intend to conduct on or from the premises the following licensable activities: Supply of alcohol ON/OFF the premises Sunday to Wednesday from 11:00 to 23:00 Thursday to Saturday from 11:00 to 00:00. Provision of Late Night Refreshment Sunday to Wednesday from 23:00 to 00:00 Thursday to Saturday from 23:00 to 00:30.Opening Hours Sunday to Wednesday from 11:00 to 00:00. Thursday to Saturday from 11:00 to 00:30.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to the Tendring District Council, The Licensing Section, Town Hall, Station Road, Clacton on Sea, Essex CO15 1SE or email licensingsection@tendringdc.gov.uk, by not later than 3rd November 2023.
