Public Notice – Licensing Application to
vary a Premises Licence
LICENSING ACT 2003 Section 34
An application has been made by Justine
Amery and Sarah Muscroft to the council on
6 October 2023 to vary the Premises Licence
for: The Fig & Olive, Park Lane, Womersley,
Doncaster DN6 9BH
The proposed variation for the days and
hours of opening is as follows: Mon-Wed
09:00-17:30, Thu-Sat 09:00-21:30, Sun
09:00-17:30
Activities: Recorded music (for background
purposes, low volume).
The full application can be viewed at the
offices of the Licensing Authority by emailing
licensing@selby.gov.uk. All representations
to this application must be made in writing to
the council within 28 days from the date of
this notice. It is an offence for anyone to
knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with an application.
The maximum fine on conviction is £5000 .
