APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES
LICENCE
NOTICE is hereby given that Gazmir Gjolekaj has applied
to Buckinghamshire Council on 12 October 2023 for the
grant of a premises licence at Greek House Souvlaki, 4 West
Street, Buckingham, Buckinghamshire, MK18 1HL. The
application is to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption
on the premises between the hours of 10:00-22:30 Sunday
to Saturday. Full details can be seen in the application. Full

Council Offices of Buckinghamshire Council,
Licensing Section, The Gateway, Gatehouse Road,
Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP19 8FF Monday to
Friday during normal office hours. Please email
licensing@buckinghamshire.gov.uk to make an
appointment. Alternatively, you can view the application
by visiting www.buckinghamshire.gov.uk.
Any person who wishes to make a representation about this
application should do so in writing to the above address no
later than 9 November 2023 clearly stating the grounds
upon which the representation is made relevant to the
Licensing Act.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act
2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in
or in connection with an application for a premises and this
carries a level 5 fine on being convicted of such an offence.
