Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for a new Premises Licence or Club Premises Certificate
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to the: Licensing Team, Woking Borough Council, Civic Offices, Gloucester Square, Woking, Surrey, GU21 6YL (01483 743831 or licensing@woking.gov.uk ) being the relevant Licensing Authority for the grant of, or variation to, a premises licence/club premises certificate as detailed below.
Name of applicant: Sorella Hair & Beauty Ltd
Address of the premises to which the application will apply: Licensable activities applied for, or description of variation.: 7-9 Broadway, Knaphill, Woking, Surrey, GU21 2DR
Licensable activities applied for, or description of variation: Premises Licence to serve alcohol to clients.
Written representations in respect of the application must be received by the Licensing Authority (as detailed above) by 11/11/2023, being 28 days following the day the application was served on the relevant bodies . It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and carries a maximum fine of £5000.
