LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 4th October 2023 Euro Garages Limited applied to Brent Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Express PFS Dudden Hill, Dudden Hill Lane, Willesden, Greater London NW10 1DE. The proposed licensable activities are;- 1. The sale by retail of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00.00 to 24.00. 2. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 23.00 and 05.00. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Alcohol Licensing, Regulatory Services, Brent Civic Centre, Engineers Way, Wembley HA9 0FJ (email business.licence@brent.gov.uk) no later than the 1st November 2023 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Brent Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above Council address or via www.brent.gov.uk/business/licences/licensing-registers

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
