NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Kuppusamy Sivakaran has applied to the London Borough of Hillingdon for a New Premises Licence for:- the supply of alcohol on premises and the provision of late-night entertainment and refreshment for the following premises: 466-468 Uxbridge Road, Hayes, Middlesex UB4 0SD.
Details of the application can be viewed on the council’s website www.hillingdon.gov.uk or by contacting the Licensing Service on 01895 277433.
Anyone wishing to make representations in respect of the application must notify the Licensing Service, Civic Centre, Uxbridge UB8 1UW in writing by 6th November 2023.
Note: It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application with a maximum fine on conviction of £5,000.
