What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17
Notice is hereby given that on the 13th October 2023 Euro Garages Limited applied to Telford & Wrekin Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Express PFS Telford (Hadley Park), Hadley Park East, Hadley, Telford TF1 6QJ. The proposed licensable activities are;-
1. The supply of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00.00 to 24.00.
2. To permit late-night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hour of 23.00 and 05.00. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Telford & Wrekin Council, Granville House, St George’s Road, Donnington Wood TF2 7RA or by email to licensing@telford.gov.uk no later than the 10th November 2023 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Telford & Wrekin Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above address by prior appointment between 9am- 5pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays).
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
