NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 10th October 2023 Euro Garages Limited applied to Norwich City Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Express PFS Sweetbriar, Sweet Briar Road, Norwich, Norfolk NR6 5AL. The proposed licensable activities are; -

1. The sale by retail of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00.00 to 24.00.

2. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 23.00 and 05.00.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Licensing Department, Norwich City Council, City Hall, St Peter Street, Norwich NR2 1NH or by email to licensing@norwich.gov.uk no later than the 7th November 2023 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Norwich City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above address during normal office hours.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
