Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Vue Entertainment Ltd. nas applied to Swindon Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Vue Cinema, Unit 21, Greenbridge Retail Park, Swindon, SN3 3SQ.The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: I.The performance and exhibition of films, plays, dance, live and recorded music indoors 24 hours per day 7 days per week; 2. The provision of late night refreshment indoors between 23S0 and 05:00 the following day 7 days per week; 3. The sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises between 09:00 and 03:00 the following day 7 days a week; 4. Opening hours of 24 hours per day 7 days per week. These house and licensable activities are the same as those permitted by an existing premises licence at this cinema.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing, Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SNI 2JH or licensing@swindon.gov.uk no later than 3rd November 2023 statingthe grounds for representation. The register of Swindon Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website -www.swindon.gov.uk
