Address, Vacant Land at the junction of Chesterfield
Road and Field Lane, Holmewood, Chesterfield,
S42 5GR. We, Tesco Stores Limited have applied to
North East Derbyshire District Council (the
Licensing Authority), for a Premises Licence in
respect of the above premises. The proposed
licence application relates to the following activities
and times: Sale of alcohol – Off sales Supply of
Alcohol (off the premises) from Monday to Sunday:
0600-0000. Opening times 0600-0000. Non-
standard timings ie: Public Holiday(s). Late night
refreshment: 2300-0000 Monday to Sundays
(indoors).
Any person intending to make relevant
representations on this application should submit
them in writing within 28 days from the date this
notice is first displayed on the above premises to:
Licensing Section, North East Derbyshire District
Council, District Council Offices, 2013 Mill Lane,
Wingerworth, Chesterfield Derbyshire S42 6NG or
by e-mailing to: licensing@ne-derbyshire.gov.uk.

address between the hours of 10.00am to 4.00pm,
Monday to Friday. You will need to contact the
Licensing Section beforehand on 01246 217884 /
217885 to arrange an appointment.
It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing
Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in or in connection with this application.
Those who make a false statement may be liable on
summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
