NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT/VARIATION* OF PREMISES LICENCE/CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE

TAKE NOTICE that we Kevan Baldwin & Kim Baldwin have applied to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises known as The old Warehouse, Bridge Street, Rotherham, S60 1QJ known as MADE BY NOOK FOR USE AS A WEDDING / MUSIC VENUE WHICH WILL INCLUDE THE SALE OF ALCOHOL AND REFRESHMENTS , WE WILL BE OPEN ON SUCH OCCASIONS FROM 1200 UNTIL 2400HRS. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives.
Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Manager, Riverside House, Main Street, Rotherham, S60 1AE by 24 10 2023.
Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours.
